Pork and Corn Mince

This recipe is great served up with colourful vegetables on the side, served with rice, noodles or couscous or served on toast as a quick weekend meal. It can be made in less than 15 minutes maximum.  Now this is a cheap and easy recipe by anyone's standards.

Ingredients:

500 gm pork mince
1 onion
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1 x 420 gm tin creamed corn
1/3 cup water
Garlic salt to taste
Pepper

Method:

Cook the pork and the onion together in a dry pan.  No oil is needed as sufficient fat will come out of the pork as it cooks.  When the pork is browned and the onions have cooked a little add the remaining ingredients.  Stir well until re heated.  Serving suggestions above.

Serves 4.
