To convert any of these ingredients into US measurements please use this Quantity Conversion Chart. Ingredients:1/2 cup caster sugar Method:Pre heat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Blend first four ingredients together in a bowl. Add egg, milk and vanilla Add flour and salt, mixing till well combined. Shape into balls the size of a walnut, roll in the extra sugar and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Flatten the biscuits slightly with the flat underside of your fingers. Bake at 180 degrees
for 10 - 12 minutes. Makes 40 good sized biscuits Notes:These biscuits will
spread a little during cooking so leave space on the tray
for expansions.
