Chart. Ingredients:3 cups rice bubbles or similar Method:Place first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. In a small saucepan put butter, honey, peanut butter and sugar. Melt together. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add hot mixture to dry mixture and mix well. Press mixture into a greased slice tin measuring about 18 cm x 28cm (7' x 11") in size. When cold cut the slice into bars and store in the refrigerator. Notes:This is a recipe where you can make changes as necessary but still keep the over-all dry measurements to 4 and 1/2 cups full. Using a few choc chips is great too but you will need to allow the combined mixture to cool quite a bit before adding them or they will melt. Only ever use butter for this recipe as margarine is too
soft and it won't hold the ingredients together.
