Home remedies for getting rid of warts
Warts are common and are caused by a viral infection. They are most often seen on the hands and feet and they usually look like a tiny cauliflower. There are other flatter warts called plantar warts that are mostly on the soles of the feet and they can be very painful when walking.
Warts tend to appear out of nowhere and they sometimes disappear as mysteriously as they came. Cosmetically they are quite ugly and most of us are keen to get them removed.
They can be treated in several different ways by the medical profession but none of these ways is guaranteed effective. Some of these methods are quite painful and it can be traumatic to be treated in this way. Children often have warts and it is beneficial to have some "kinder" ways of removal that can be utilized before visiting a doctor.
