Beauty - other handy hints and tips
Even though we are all blessed with an inner beauty we can sometimes still need extra information on "beauty problems".
Additionally some of us (including myself) are obsessed with age and growing old.

Beauty tips and hints - easy and cheap ideas.
For age spots cut up a lemon and hold a small piece up against the age spot for 10 minutes. Repeat daily until spot fades.
Place slices of cold cucumber on your eyes. Lay back and enjoy for 10 minutes to remove puffiness around eyes.
Another tip for puffy eyes is to lay a cold tea bag on each eye for 10 minutes or so.
Home made hair remover - mix together 1 cup of honey, 3/4 cup molasses, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Gently heat mixture . Spread on to hairy area and remove with linen strips.
Make a thick paste of 1 tablespoon of bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) with a few drops of lemon juice. Brush on to your teeth to whiten them. This needs to be done for a few weeks but changes should be starting to happen in about a week.
Pimples - put a dab of honey and a band-aid over the top. Leave on overnight.
Rinsing your hair with vinegar is said to remove head lice.
Even when you are cranky and irritable try smiling. Smiling persuades the brain to produce endorphins. These are the happy hormones. They reduce both physical and emotional pain and they create a feeling of well being. Try it!
Take a hot lemon drink when you first arise. It will flush the toxins out of your body.
Whenever you brush your teeth ensure that you brush your tongue as well. The tongue harbours a great deal of bacteria that can cause bad breath.
When washing your face always wash your hands first to prevent transferring bacteria.
Stop smoking. Smokers are four times more likely to have grey hair than non smokers and smoking has also been linked to accelerated hair loss. Plus we all know how smoking ages our skin.
